This form is submitted to the formsToXML.jsp and the output is returned to the browser as an XML document. Since there is a field indicating an XSL URL but no indication that transformation should take place on the client side the resulting XML document is transformed using the indicated XSL sheet and the results returned to the client. Using view source on the resulting page in this case will display an HTML source document..

Note that in normal use the field for the URL would be hidden from the users view.
